Ahhh! Autumn. Pumpkins, vibrant foliage, the smell of decaying leaves, apple pie!, un-hot and un-humid sunny days, memories of playing soccer , it feels like a real fall day today and it does this girl good! Being a homegrown North Easterner I should remember if all this rain we have had is supposed to calculate into a brilliant fall or a shorter dull one. In any event I'm glad to be back here in New England when this weather comes on. And no, I'm not afraid of the subsequent winter. I love the winter provided there is plenty of snow! But that's getting ahead of things...
(Anyone else interested in the play out of the VP debate tonight? Not uber political but this Palin chick is killin' me. Can't wait to see what happens tonight. However I do hope it doesn't interfere too much with my Office. Love my Office!)

amen to everything you said: autumn loving (NOT summer), white winters and VP debate. i didn't think the VP would be that important, but i have to say that i like both obama and mccain, so i'm focusing more on the vice presidents than usual. palin gave a great speech at the convention; i hope she proves herself a little tonight (it wouldn't be fun to see her fall flat on her face), but i just can't see her as president and that bothers me greatly. although i wouldn't mind if tina fey got some good fodder for her impersonations!

I hear ya when it comes to interfering with "our" Office night. As for the vp thing, I would much rather have Tina Fey, no? :) (sorry if I offend, just a joke-ish)
I miss the new england fall. :( It's still hot and sunny here Fl.

I heart New England autumns. My favorite time of year here. Hopefully, we'll have a nice long one where days are perfect for playing outside but not getting all hot and sweaty. And I always love a reason to break out my hoodies.

YOU are killing me with all the goodies of the Fall. I hate the dirt, I miss the trees. I LOVE Autumn, but you would never know it is changing seasons here, except it's a little bit cooler.
If I have to hear Palin say "Maverick" or "Betcha" in her nasally voice one more time, I think I will vomit. How about her wink last night?!! And what the heck is "Joe Six-pack?" Does she mean his beer, or his abs? WTF? She makes me want to vote for Superstar Obama Hussein, who I also can't stand. Biden is the most qualified for Pres. out of all 4 of those suckers!

ok, i admit that i went to bed last night and so i still need to watch the debates. but i just have to agree with elise that joe biden is the most qualified. i do wish he was the one for president and obama was the VP. oh well!! just had to comment on the biden lovin'.
