Lists are the thing to do. They also are ever so efficient, succinct and practical. They are the lazy-(wo)mans friend when it comes to blogging. They allow for as many elaborate details as desired but can also hold up with just a word or two. Whenever I have a spare moment and don't feel too guilty for spending it on the computer, I can quickly add to my lists or create new ones in a flash. So, without further ado...
Adieu to 2007, or How to Make it Great in "08
1. Get out of the house (apartment) more (and not just to go to the grocery store). When did my big event of the day turn into grocery shopping or running to the drug store? Where has my sense of adventure gone?
2. Go to the gym. Blah blah blah
3. Bake more cakes. Eat more cake. and then go to the gym.
4. Meditate.
5. Become more eco-minded. Reduce Reuse Recycle. I was 2 classes away from an Environmental Science degree when I decided to study nursing. I don't know what has happened to me. I swore off using paper towels, recycled my cans, glass and plastic and kept up on the doom and gloom stats of human consumption and waste. For the past several years I've thrown not only 100% of my plastic and glass away but have become addicted to paper towels and basically act like I don't give a hoot about what or how much I use. I think I need to freshen up on my global awareness.
6. Introduce one person to the gospel. If I told just one person each year about the gospel and assuming I live another 50 years, thats like enough to start a branch.
7. Laugh. At myself preferably.
8. Give others the benefit of the doubt. The benefit of the doubt... Thats an interesting saying. A generous yet dubious notion.
9. Turn off the TV. No explanation needed.
10. Tell more people more often how wonderful they are. I know a lot of wonderful people but I wonder if they know that I think they are wonderful... So, if your reading this, I probably think your wonderful too.

Invite me over when you bake that cake!!! After, we can roll ourselves to the gym together.
I love the list, we all need to make it great in 2008!
Jennah-
I'm loving your list. I need to adopt more of the benefit of the doubt. An interesting phrase, indeed.
Great list! I'm loving the eco-awareness. We need to get back on that bandwagon too, or else soon Oregon will probably disown me, if a state can do that. Good idea to bake more cakes, too. Did I mention that I miss you? :)
Nice list. I think I could use a few of the same. Um, sometimes when I've had a long day and the kids are in bed I just go to Target to walk around and "get out". Are you saying I have no adventure? :)
