aug. 6th     ok, so i guess i'll give this a try since "everyone else is doing it".  i'm not going to use caps because these days i only have one useful hand as the other is occupied holding theo, just so you know.  and, don't expect too much either.  if you know me, which i presume you do since your caring enough to read this, i'm the worst at sticking to these kind of things.  by these kind of things i mean anything that requires free time and effort... with that said,  us shirleys are doing great and are amazed at how fast our summer is flying by.  blake will be returning to school to teach in just 3 weeks.  for me, i'm just begining to feel human again since having theo on may 22.  he is finally figuring out that life on the outside isn't all that bad and is turning into a pretty fun little guy.  jack just keeps on playing and loving life regardless of the seasons or situation.  and so life goes.  i've got a wonderful, healthy family, my church, enough food and a car.  what else could i ask for!
